Requirement : Dramatic increase in client's product demand required throughput to be increased to 80 FIBC's per shift. Filling station requirements included minimal operator intervention, automated pallet delivery and filled FIBC removal.

Solution : Model 'C30' FIBC Filling Machine with hang weighing, bag stretching, cone table vibration for product compaction, empty pallet presentation and filled FIBC removal conveyors  

Benefit : Througput increased to 80 FIBC's per shift, zero spillage, aesthtically pleasing well filled and stable bag for transportation which can be stacked two high for storage
