Previous Practice : The customer used a competitor’s discharger with massage paddles. It was taking up to 4 hours to empty bags that had become compacted during storage. The paddles were ineffective and required much manual intervention to promote any flow at all

Requirement : Replacement discharger to speed up FIBC emptying and to reduce the amount of labour required  

Solution : ‘Flo-Spout’ Discharger with breaker bars and vibration  

Benefit : Bags can now be emptied in around 20 minutes without operator assistance
