NEU Solutions designed and built this starch cooling, conveying
and silo conditioning package. Material is flash cooled from 56oC
to 30oC at a rate of 15 tonnes per hour. It is then conveyed a distance
of 250 metres to 3 x 680 tonne storage silos. The silos are conditioned
using a closed loop type system and material discharge is assisted
by fluidisation. |
