Fairport
NEU Solutions designed and built this cereal toasting plant.
This project combined the client’s equipment and grain processing
experience with Fairport NEU Solutions
system building and project management expertise.
Fairport NEU Solutions supplied a fluid bed toaster and cooler
and was responsible for overall project management, plant integration,
pneumatic and mechanical conveying, material intake, storage and
discharge, weighing, dust control, explosion protection and process
control. Holgran was responsible for the steaming and flaking processes.
