Process Equipment designs and manufactures a range of single
and multiple outlet bin dischargers, which are available in diameters
from 0.5 to 2.0m and can be constructed from stainless steel or
mild steel with suitable surface coatings dependent on the application.
All bin dischargers are powered by two vibrating motor units aligned
diametrically opposite each other. By adopting this configuration
the action and inclination of the vibrator units creates a circular
motion which is passed into the material and thus facilitates the
ease of its discharge from the silo. In consequence multiple streams
of varying rates can be discharged from the same silo.

Process Equipment is able to provide all it's bin dischargers
with a flat bottom, and not a steeply angled bottom cone due to
this unique vibratory design. Consequently head rooms can be drastically
reduced in both single and multiple stream applications. All bin
dischargers are fitted with a central cone, which promotes the maximum
deflection of the vibratory forces into the material held in the
silo and also directs the stored material into the dischargers outlets.

Process Equipment supplies all it's dischargers with an exclusively
designed isolation and suspension system. This system ensures that
the maximum vibratory forces can be transmitted into the material
and not the silo, whilst the load bearing capacity increases proportionally
to the head load.
