The speed of rotation (10 to 30rpm) and angle of inclination (0 to 7 degrees) are manual variable in order to allow the optimum flow characteristics and thus achieve the optimum coating performance.

Fairport Process Equipment supplies a self-cleaning rotary toasting oven for the toasting, roasting and drying of a wide range of products. The variable speed drive allows accurate control of the retention time and so delivers a uniformity of product quality, colour, texture and density. The dual drum system incorporates helical blades which produce efficient air distribution and combined with the tumbling action engender high efficiency drying characteristics.

Fairport Process Equipment has available a specialised fluidised bed dryer/cooler which has a gentle action that ensures minimal degradation of materials. The machine is suitable for continuous applications in the food, chemical, mineral and general processing industries.
