2Mt/a limestone crushing & screening plant. The plant was situated in the quarry bottom in order to minimise the environmental impact. The process incorporated secondary & tertiary crushing and screening systems and road out-loading and toast-rack storage facilities. This plant was the first of many multi-million pound projects that Fairport has undertaken with Tarmac.
