Ash Handling Plant designed to handle high temperature (150°C - 430°C) highly abrasive material. The project involed ash cooling screw conveyors and transfer screw conveyors, dense phase conveying system, air receivers, blow pots, blow lines and hoppers, ash storage silos and supporting structure and a mixing, blending and outloading plant. The project was designed to minimise noise and dust emissions and built to a height restriction of 33m in order not to be visible above the tree line.
