CEMEX : Rugby Works

Turnkey project to design, construct and commission the combined fuel and raw materials handling and storage plant for the new Rugby Cement Works.

Hanson Cement : Padeswood, Ribblesdale & Ketton Works

The design and build of three Ferrous Sulphate Plants at Castle’s Padeswood, Ribblesdale and Ketton works. The process involved the reception, storage and addition of ferrous sulphate to the clinker to reduce the levels of Chromium IV in the finished cement material.

CEMEX : Newport Works

Turnkey contract to supply a complete packing and palletising facility. Plant also included three silos, discharge mechanisms and support steelwork.

Lafarge: Westbury

Successful completion of the Clinker Handling Plant in 2005 led to an Alternative Fuel Handling system contract commencing at the start of 2006.

Castle Cement : Ketton Works

Packing and palletising plant(s) – first for 3200 bags/h installed 1990. Second plant for 4000 bags/h installed 1996. Bags palletised and shrink wrapped prior to shipment. New warehouse facilities provided to store bags and pallets.
